Modern paledo web surface using blazor technology

In the past few months, we have worked hard to create a modern, web-based interface for Paledo. This new interface fits seamlessly into the Paledo environment and can be used in conjunction with existing clients (Windows and app). When developing the interface, our top priorities were user-friendliness, performance, and high standards of design.

The first version of the web interface was released at the end of 2022 and our customers are already making use of it in a productive way.

The following functions are available:

  • Creating and processing messages and orders, including workflows, time reporting, material requirements and movements, logbooks, file attachments etc.
  • Filling out maintenance checklists
  • The ability to view the system structure
  • Access to knowledge
  • To-do lists.

We will continue to expand the set of functions in the coming months so that they are on the same level as Windows clients in the future.

OCI shop integration in spare parts procurement

From now on, Paledo will give you the option to order spare parts directly from the websites of system manufacturers and sales partners. We use the OCI standard defined by SAP here. After configuration, the workshop technician will be able to open the respective website from the work order, put their parts into their shopping basket and transfer this information to Paledo. Paledo will then create a material reservation which includes a purchase requisition.

Navigating through parts lists using isometries

The system plan and spare parts management modules are currently being connected to make it easier to find the right spare part for a machine. This gives you the opportunity to independently create interactive isometries with information about spare parts. The menu selection in the parts list is complemented by a navigable and graphic representation of the machine. The employee will click on the corresponding item on the diagram and be able to transfer this directly to their shopping cart.

New Paledo customers

In the past 6 months, Syntactix was able to attract numerous new customers from a variety of industries. The newcomers include AIRBUS, with its three German plants in Hamburg, Bremen, and Stade, as well as other companies from the food and chemical industries. As a result, we have been able to welcome a further 300 Paledo users on board. We want to thank everyone who made these great achievements possible!

Paledo’s free live webinar series “digital maintenance with paledo”

We launched Paledo’s live webinar series on 22 April, 2022. Meanwhile, three more Paledo webinars have been received with great success. Since this format has attracted a lot of interest, we will run informative and stimulating webinars like these on a regular basis. We have already set the date for the next webinar and you can sign up to this on our website.

New Syntactix employees

In the last 6 months, new members have joined our software developer and support team, who will help us to support our customers even more efficiently using the new ideas and many valuable innovations that they bring to the table.

Mark (left photo) has been part of our development team since the summer and has played a major role in developing Paledo’s web interface.

Gereon (right photo) joined our support team this autumn and some of you may have already spoken to him on the phone.

We would also like to draw your attention to our bugzilla ticket system. We make this available to all customers with a certain project status, but at the latest when Paledo goes live. The tickets you create allow us to ensure that your inquiries are processed quickly. Paledo User Group 2023  –
10 – 11 May, 2023

The long-awaited Paledo User Group is entering its next round. This time, however, you will be able to attend our Paledo User Group Edition in the spring instead of late autumn. This popular event, which serves as a meeting place for all Paledo users, will take place on 10 – 11 May, 2023 at the Achat Hotel Offenbach Plaza in Offenbach am Main, Germany.
