If a health and safety incident is observed, it is crucial to be able to report it immediately and, as the person responsible for health and safety, to know about it just as quickly. With the Paledo Health and Safety Observations module, every employee has the opportunity to report an incident in the easiest way available to them, for example via a web terminal, app or client. The person responsible for health and safety is automatically notified by the system after such a report and can select the necessary measures from a list to prevent similar health and safety incidents in the future.

Also positive observations, such as a particularly good example of safeguarding a danger zone, can be recorded in the system and selected as a model measure for other areas.

Once measures have been defined, the Paledo system automatically informs all persons responsible for implementing the measures by e-mail. Those responsible can comment the status of processing within the measure and also confirm its completion. However, that is not the end of the process. Paledo also offers resubmission functions or the option of defining company-specific processes to check the effectiveness of measures taken and to store the associated documentation digitally.

Paledo also offers many helpful functions for your safety tours and inspections. You can manage these along with the checklists for documentation purposes in Paledo. As known from other Paledo application fields, it is possible to edit the checklists using the Paledo App. As the Paledo system automatically creates health and safety reports in the event of deviations, you can immediately see where there are open points and where you need to take action. E-mail notifications, status cockpits and reporting functions remind you of due dates on time.
