Carry out risk assessments completely digitally
In Paledo, you can easily create your risk assessments digitally. As the system guides you through the necessary steps of the risk assessment and checks them for completeness, unnecessary sources of error are avoided, thereby increasing legal certainty in your company.
Default catalogues for hazards and measures from which you can choose make your work a lot smoother. These not only have the advantage that they make input easier, but also allow the efficient implementation of validations, automations and analyses. For example, the system automatically suggests protective measures for each recognised hazard.
If previously unlisted hazards are recognised, they can be added with just a few mouse clicks. This also applies to new measures.
Once a risk assessment has been created, an authorisation matrix can be stored in the system – if desired – and a (multi-stage) approval process can be initiated. Responsible roles receive a notification depending on the respective hazard classes and can then check the created risk assessment and approve it with a digital signature.
After approval, the system automatically informs all affected employees by email about the risk assessment. In addition, the Paledo system can use the recognised activity and work location (plant area) to remind employees of the applicable health and safety measures each time before they start work.
